🚨 Exciting News from AIWaysion! 🚨

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Hung-Min Hsu, our Principal Scientist/Research Director, has been invited to serve as a Guest Editor for a Special Issue of Sensors MDPI on:

📌 Sensing Technologies for Autonomous Driving and Intelligent Transportation Systems

Sensors is a leading open-access journal with an Impact Factor of 3.5 and a CiteScore of 8.2. This Special Issue will spotlight cutting-edge research in autonomous vehicles and intelligent transportation systems (#ITS), with a focus on onboard sensing (cameras, LiDAR, radar, ultrasonic) and infrastructure sensing technologies that enable safer, smarter, and more connected mobility.

Together with co-editors Dr. Yizhou Wang (NVIDIA) and Prof. Ikhlas Abdel-Qader (Western Michigan University), Dr. Hsu will help guide the global research conversation on how sensing and communication technologies are transforming transportation.

This recognition builds on our team's continued contributions to the field. Last year, Dr. Hsu and Dr. Wei Sun co-authored a Sensors paper: QMVDet — a novel query-based multiview detector tackling occlusion challenges by combining 2D and 3D multiview consistency with a camera-aware attention mechanism, achieving state-of-the-art accuracy on leading benchmarks.
