Safer Roads, Stronger Community: AIWaysion at the Yakama Nation Treaty Day Parade

AIWaysion had a great time at this year’s Yakama Nation Treaty Day Parade, walking alongside the Yakama Nation DNR Engineering truck and handing out AIWaysion safety t-shirts and bags to the community.

The team also made a stop at one of the intersections on US 97 equipped with our solar-powered Edge AI MUST (Mobile Unit for Sensing Traffic) device — a great reminder of how technology is making a real difference in communities like this one.

The AIWaysion MUST device uses edge AI to provide real-time traffic monitoring and safety insights without relying on cloud connectivity. Deployed on US 97 as part of our partnership with Yakama Nation, it’s helping protect one of the most traveled corridors in the region.
